Celebrate LGBT Cumbria Oral History Training

We are calling for volunteers across Cumbria to help us build the project. Volunteers can work on various aspects of the project including collecting stories and objects, setting up the exhibition and helping us develop the education pack.

If you would like to be interviewed, we would love to hear about your memories, and to collect photographs and other objects reflecting the lives of LGBT people in Cumbria. A touring exhibition is planned for 2016 to share those stories. The collection will also be housed in Tullie House Museum & Art Gallery and Cumbria County Archive.

Sue will be delivering another oral history training workshop on Saturday 22nd August. Places are limited so please contact us before Monday 17th August if you would like to learn more!!! See: http://www.celebratecumbria.co.uk/call-for-volunteers/
